Replace Your Fries With Fruits

All because you don't have time to diet is no reason you cannot stay healthy and in shape. Do you feel like crap after eating some fries? Well there is a clear reason for that. Take the mens diet advice I dispense.

Calories!

There are a nutty amounts of calories in french fries. 250 calories with ketchup is the estimate, and thats only a small fries. Large fries are a whopping 570 calories. You should put the fries down and eat a pear. A large pear has about 105 calories of content. This will keep your stomach full while still letting you get through the day without getting drowsy.


Fat!

There is 13 grams of fat and about 2.5 grams is saturated fatness. This is equilant to eating 22 bananas. It makes me want to puke just thinking about it. One medium sized banana has about .6 grams of fat and none of that is saturated. Men, take my advice on this one, you dont want to know what thos fries will do to your heart ten years down the road.

 

Carbs!

A small packet of fries from your local fast food has a carb content of 30 grams. This is about equivalent to eating two whole pineapples in one sitting. Eating just one will fill me up. Research has shown that in some cases eating a pineapple is known to increase your sexual pleasure and make your semen taste better. This is great news for men and bad news for fries!

I hope these three reasons are more than enough for men to put down the fries, take my advice and pick up the fruits. If you know your going to have a long day at work, eat fruits for lunch, it will keep your blood sugar at a good level and not make you feel exhausted like fries would.
