When I say alcohol kills your game, I do not mean having a few glasses a wine now and then but about binge drinking till you black out every weekend and trying to go out be social after that. There are countless reasons why alcohol will slow poison your ass till you look like you are 60 on your 40th birthday. This is coming from about 10 years of personal research with first hand experience.

Weight gain. There is about 260 calories is a single beer. This is terrible. Everyone knows you can't just stop with one beer, so you have two, then three. Next thing you know you have had 12 and have had enough calories equivalent to about three big meals, about 3000 calories. You know what that bloated feeling after you drink a lot of beer is? Its your stomach telling you to stop drinking. Alcohol has the effects to make you never feel full, so when you are done with that 12 pack, you will most likely get cheap fast food, which will give you more calories. If this is not a good enough reason for you, then keep reading, it gets worse.
